Our most popular flavours are vanilla, chocolate and lemon, but if you have an idea for another flavour then let us know and we can
give it a try! Our sponge cakes are filled with buttercream and jam. Fruit cakes are available but we need around 3 months notice to
enable the cake to mature. If you do need a fruit cake at short notice then we can arrange to buy the base in (at an extra cost).

PORTION SIZE >
Below is a rough guide to help you decide the size of cake you'll need. You should also bear in mind that if serving the cake as a
dessert (large slice) then the number of portions shown below will be fewer.
If you have a large number of guests to cater for, you could choose to have a plain iced cake out of sight, this can save you money
by lowering the cost of the larger more intricate cake.
Sponge Cake (The same size Fruit Cake serves approx double the portions suggested below)
- 8" Round - approx 20 portions
- 8" Square - approx 27 portions
- 10" Round - approx 34 portions
- 10" Square - approx 45 portions
- 12" Round - approx 50 portions
- 12" Square - approx 67 portions
Other shapes are available. Hexagons, octagons and heart shapes give approximately the same number of portions as a round cake of the
same size.
PRICING >
The price always depends on design and decoration. Please contact me for a price. Due to the extra time involved,
novelty and 3D sculpted cakes are priced individually.
