Flavours

Our most popular flavours are vanilla, chocolate and lemon, but if you have an idea for another flavour then let us know and we can give it a try! Our sponge cakes are filled with buttercream and jam. Fruit cakes are available but we need around 3 months notice to enable the cake to mature. If you do need a fruit cake at short notice then we can arrange to buy the base in (at an extra cost).
